We value users' personal information and comply with relevant data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected in Amazon Radar (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. Information Collected and Collection Methods

We collect the following personal information for user registration and to provide seamless services:

• Required information for registration: email address, password, and name.
• Automatically collected information during service use: information required for rewarded ads, service usage records, and access logs.
• Collection methods: direct input by users through the in-app registration screen, and automatic collection through third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob when the app is launched or used.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The collected personal information is used for the following purposes:

• User management: confirming registration intent, identifying users, creating and deleting accounts, and sending important notices.
• Service delivery and improvement: analyzing app errors, improving service quality, and ensuring stable service operation.
• Advertising and rewards: providing personalized ads and processing Server-to-Server Verification (SSV) for rewarded ads through Google AdMob.

3. Third-Party Disclosures and SDKs

We do not disclose users' personal information to external parties, except where required by law or with the user's consent. However, to display advertisements and operate reward features, the Service includes the following third-party SDK, which may process data according to its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob
  • Purpose: in-app ad serving, monetization, ad effectiveness analysis, and rewarded ad verification.

4. Retention and Destruction of Information

• Retention period: users' personal information is retained and used until the user requests account deletion or withdraws from the Service, although we may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Account withdrawal handling: when a user withdraws from the Service, we retain only tombstone records, audit records, and the minimum metadata needed for policy enforcement.
• Deleted upon account withdrawal: the authentication account, live sessions, watchlist, and recent activity data are deleted without delay.
• Destruction process: when a user requests account deletion, withdraws from the Service, or the purpose of collection has been achieved, personal information stored in electronic files is securely and permanently deleted without undue delay using technical measures designed to prevent unauthorized recovery or reproduction, except for the limited data retained as described above.

5. Users' Rights

• Users may request account deletion or withdraw consent at any time through the in-app menu.
• Users may opt out of personalized ads and advertising identifier tracking at any time through their device settings. On Android, this can usually be done through Settings > Google > Ads > Reset Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
